The iGuide Planix Pro combines speed and precision for professional property scanning. Furthermore, it meets ANSI Z765-2021 compliance standards for accurate measurements. Additionally, you can create 3D virtual tours complete with measured floorplans. Moreover, tours can be downloaded locally, so there is no internet hosting required. In addition, the battery lasts up to 7 hours per charge, making it ideal for full-day shoots. As a result, you get a complete scan-to-report workflow in a single session. Consequently, the iGuide Planix Pro is the go-to choice for real estate professionals, property managers, and AEC teams alike. However, the camera is also available on a daily or weekly rental basis. Therefore, you can try it before committing to a purchase.

Weekly: $500/week

Monthly: $1,600/month

 

Insurance Requirements

Option 1: Provide your own Certificate of Insurer (COI) that covers the camera’s value + lost income for a total of $5,000.  You’ll need to get a certificate issued that lists the following as a certificate holder:

Option 2: for an additional $100 per rental period we will provide the insurance for the camera however you’ll be responsible for the $500 deductible should the camera become damaged.  The deductible does not cover theft however.  If the camera is stolen while it is rented you’ll be responsible for the full camera replacement cost.  

 

More info

  • iGuide Planix Pro can cost up to $3,000 in repairs or replacement and $4,000 in lost revenue.
  • Renter pays shipping.  We only use FEDEX, overnight, 2 day or 3 day.  Clock starts the day after the Planix Pro arrives to you and stops at the contracted end date.
  • No software is provided:  The camera can be controlled with an app or web browser on any device.  
  • We can also process the captured data for you for an additional fee of $250/hr.
