3D virtual tours at Scan Your Space start at a $240 minimum. Projects are priced by square footage: a 1,500 sq ft space is typically $240, a 3,000 sq ft space is $450, and a 10,000 sq ft space is $950. Travel outside a 30-mile radius is $0.70/mile.
Every 3D tour includes the on-site Matterport Pro3 scan, post-processing, an embeddable web tour, a public share link, 24 months of cloud hosting on our account, and unlimited revisions on minor issues during the first 7 days.
Yes. 360-degree photography is billed at $30 per panorama with a $210 minimum (7 panos). Add-ons include Google Street View publishing ($50 flat) and on-site blue-sky replacement ($10/pano).
The first 30 miles from Fairfield, CA are included. Anything beyond that is billed at $0.70/mile round trip. A 60-mile round trip would add $21 to the invoice.

We invoice via email after the shoot. You can pay by ACH, check, or credit card (credit card adds a 3% processing fee). Net-15 terms are standard; Net-30 is available for established commercial accounts.
