Daily: $200/day

Weekly: $400/week

Monthly: $1,400/month

Insurance Requirements

Option 1: Provide your own Certificate of Insurer (COI) that covers the camera’s value + lost income for a total of $5,000.  You’ll need to get a certificate issued that lists the following as a certificate holder:

Option 2: for an additional $100 per rental period we will provide the insurance for the camera however you’ll be responsible for the $500 deductible should the camera become damaged.  The deductible does not cover theft however.  If the camera is stolen while it is rented you’ll be responsible for the full camera replacement cost.

  • Matterport PRO2 can cost up to $3,000 in repairs or replacement and $2,000 in lost revenue.
  • Renter pays shipping.  We only use FEDEX, overnight, 2 day or 3 day.  Clock starts the day after the PRO2 arrives to you and stops at the contracted end date.
  • No software is provided:  Matterport Capture is the software used to control the PRO2 and is available for iOS.

The Pro2 uses structured light (great for smaller interior spaces); the Pro3 uses LiDAR (longer range, outdoor capable, better accuracy). Pro2 is perfect for real estate; Pro3 is better for AEC.
