360° photography is $30 per panorama with a $250 minimum, which covers roughly an 8-pano package. It is the most cost-effective option for multi-location coverage and seasonal updates.

LiDAR scans follow the 3D scan rate ($0.20–$2.00 per scanned sq ft); the registered .e57 point-cloud export is an add-on of about $150–$300 per scan. Large or complex sites are custom-quoted.

The first 30 miles from our Fairfield studio are included. Beyond that, travel is billed at a published $0.70 per mile round trip.

Yes. Multi-location groups, property portfolios with 10+ units per quarter, and recurring progress capture qualify for roughly 10–15% volume pricing.

Yes. We export .e57, .pts, and .rcp point clouds from the Matterport Pro3 for engineering, BIM, and as-built workflows.

Yes. Eligible interior tours can be published to Google Street View for a $50 add-on, so your business appears in 360° inside Google Maps.

Yes. We provide FAA-compliant aerial stills and aerial 360° panoramas (from $90) for exteriors, large sites, and construction progress.

Yes. We capture HDR interior and exterior commercial photography, often during the same visit as a 3D tour at a discounted combined rate.

You’ll need a valid photo ID plus one form of coverage: a Certificate of Insurance (COI), a refundable security deposit, or a damage waiver purchased through us. We confirm coverage before pickup or shipment.

Training is not included, but you can add a training session for $200 per hour when you book.

In most cases, yes. We commonly scan during low-occupancy windows, pre-open prep, or after close, coordinating timing and access with your team.

Tour hosting is included for the first 3 months. After that, ongoing hosting is billed per tour per month — contact us for rates — or you can export your assets at any time.

Tours come with an embed code and public share link; floor plans, point clouds, and image libraries are delivered via secure download. Everything works on any modern device.

Yes, by arrangement. Projects beyond our standard service area are quoted with travel at $0.70 per mile round trip. Contact us to scope a distant project.
