The first 30 miles from our Fairfield studio are included in every project. Beyond 30 miles, travel is billed at $0.70 per mile round trip.
Yes. Multi-location groups, property portfolios (10+ units per quarter), and recurring progress capture qualify for volume pricing of roughly 10–15% depending on frequency and scope.
Standard projects are invoiced on delivery. Recurring and enterprise clients can set up monthly billing. Camera rentals require a refundable deposit before the rental term begins.
Yes. Tour hosting is included for 24 months. After that you can renew hosting or export your assets; there are no surprise hosting charges during the term.
