Yes. Every rate is published: tours start at a $240 minimum, Matterport tours are $1.25 per square foot, LiDAR is $2 per square foot, and 360° packages start at $210. You see the price before you book.

The first 30 miles from our Fairfield base are included. Beyond that, travel is billed at $0.70 per mile round trip — also published, also flat-rate.
