How do I pay for the consultation call?

You pay $250 by card when you book. Payment is processed securely by Stripe inside the booking calendar, and your time slot is confirmed as soon as payment goes through. The charge appears on your card statement as WE GET AROUND NETWORK.

What happens after I book?

You get a confirmation email with the Zoom link and a calendar invite. After the call, Tom emails you a written summary of what you discussed and the recommended next steps.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel at least 2 business days before your call for a full refund; later cancellations and no-shows aren’t refunded. You can reschedule anytime using the link in your confirmation email. Calls can be booked from 24 hours ahead.

Have the address or a description of the space, its approximate square footage, and what you need the scan for. Floor plans, photos, or a scope document help, and you can add notes when you book.

Yes. If you hire Scan Your Space for a project after the call, the $250 you paid for the consultation is credited toward that project.
