3D Virtual Tours

iGuide is a type of 3D virtual tour that uses 360° photography and adds in laser scanning technology.  The result is a highly accurate floorplan that accompanies a stunning 3D virtual tour.  You can navigate via the circles on the floor or via the floorplan on the left of the screen.  You can add tags to key areas on the tour so viewers can see more information and you can perform measurements on rooms right on the screen.  Hide/Unhide any part of the tour at anytime and create custom views to ensure that viewers are seeing only what you want them to see.  

Matterport combines 360° photography and 3D measurements using artificial intelligence to produce detailed "dollhouse" models.  These 3D virtual models are small-scale replicas of the building, with ceilings removed, allowing the viewer to look down on the contents of every room from above. It's a spectacular way to preview a property.   Viewers can measure rooms on screen at any time.  Add tags to the tour to provide information to your viewers.
