Option 1: Provide your own Certificate of Insurer (COI) that covers the camera's value + lost income for a total of $40,000.  You'll need to get a certificate issued that lists the following as a certificate holder:

Option 2: for an additional $250 per rental period we will provide the insurance for the camera however you'll be responsible for the $5,000 deductible should the camera become damaged.  The deductible does not cover theft however.  If the camera is stolen while it is rented you'll be responsible for the full camera replacement cost.

• A Leica BLK360 G2 can start at $30,000 in repairs or replacement, with a $5,000 minmum repair charge and $10,000 in lost revenue.
• Renter pays shipping.  We only use FEDEX, overnight, 2 day or 3 day.  Clock starts the day after the Leica BLK360 G2 arrives to you and stops at the contracted end date.
• For an additional charge of $250 per rental period we'll provide you with an ipad and laptop.  The ipad has Cyclone Field 360 installed on it (used to control the BLK360) and the laptop has Cyclone Register 360 (used to import/manipulate/export the data).  The iPad is valued at $1,300 and the laptop is valued at $2,500.  If selecting this option your insurance certificate should include these additional amounts. 
• We can also process the captured data for you for an additional fee of $250/hr.
